What we do

  • Out-of-box setup. Account creation, Windows updates, sensible privacy settings.
  • Remove the bloatware. Trial antivirus, McAfee, Norton, manufacturer pop-up nags — gone.
  • Install your real software. Browser, email, photo apps, the things you actually use.
  • Move everything over. Documents, photos, music, browser bookmarks, saved passwords.
  • Set up your email and cloud. Outlook/Gmail/iCloud-on-Windows/OneDrive — whatever you use.
  • Walk you through what’s changed. Windows 11 looks different. We’ll show you what’s where.

In your home

We do the setup at your house, on your desk, on your network. Leave the old machine plugged in and we’ll move everything across from it.

Can you transfer files from my old computer?
Yes. Documents, photos, music, browser bookmarks, saved passwords, and email all come across. We put both machines side by side at your house and move everything over.
How long does setup take?
A fresh PC with no file transfer is usually 60 to 90 minutes. Add an hour or so when we're moving everything from an old machine.
Will you remove the trial antivirus and bloatware?
Yes. McAfee, Norton, manufacturer pop-up nags, trial software you didn't ask for — gone. Windows Defender alone is fine for most people and we'll get it configured properly.
Do I need to bring the computer anywhere?
No. We come to your house and set it up where you'll actually use it — which also means we can check that it reaches your Wi-Fi and talks to your printer before we leave.
